Attached is the information you requested. Please note that page two Concerning your request for the official Mega Millions rules and J.B. Landroche My response to this message: My mailing address is The Lotto Report, P. O. Box 495033, Garland, Texas 75049-5033. From looking at the spreadsheets, it appears there have been at least 3 rule changes since inception of the game. If its only 26 pages, then I'm elated!!!! When you said you didn't have the rules in electronic format, if you have them typed in Word or WordPerfect, you can send those files by email. Either way - mail or email - is fine. I just really need the rules - as you know, the Commissioners meeting is the 30th of June. Anyway, thanks a bunch and I'll watch for the rules. Dawn Nettles Received 6-25-03 by email Ms. Nettles, I promised to send you a copy of the "Mega Millions Official Rules" I am still working on your other requests for information. Thanks. J.B. Received 6-26-03 by email Ms. Nettles, I just faxed the information pertaining to the "Official Mega Millions (Note: Because I hadn't received the rules and the Commissioners Meeting was set for June 30th, I asked JB by phone to "at least" fax the prize allocations for the 3 matrix changes immediately ... then he could just mail the rules in their entirety without the expense of Overnight Express charges.) J.B. Another request for the rules ... 07/14/03 JB, I received the following message from Illinois this morning. You should also have messages from New Jersey and Michigan granting permission to release sales and winners by state since they became member states. I have not been able to obtain draw sales from info@megamillions and I still don't have the rules. Can you help me? Dawn Received 7-16-03 - 6 PM - by email To: <lottoreport@lottoreport.com> Subject: Re: Message from Illinois Lottery Ms. Nettles, I spoke with Lisa Crites of the Illinois Lottery concerning your (Note: I called again last week because I still had not received the rules. JB told me that he would check with legal. None of this makes sense to me because JB had the rules in his hand the morning of June 26th when he faxed me "one page" from each rule - though he didn't fax it to me until 5 pm that evening.) J.B. There have been a number of phone conversations since June 20, 2003. On Monday, June 23, I confirmed by phone that the rules had been mailed to me. JB assured me they had been mailed on Friday, June 20th. What more can I say about all this? |
