this can work with a lot of luck - but less luck than needed
when picking from 54 numbers! I've been watching this
work for years. This is why my subscribers are so loyal.

Notice that numbers 8 & 25 & 37 had been drawn
3 times in the last 8 draws which would have made
them the "hottest numbers." Had you "targeted" those
numbers (8-25-37), you could have had 4 of 6 wins on
June 15th too. See that by looking in the Lotto Report.
One word of advise: For the $50 million drawing and all other lotto
drawings for that matter, I would play the higher numbers (30 through 54).
Since 6/54, the "higher numbers" seem to be drawn more than the "traditional"
birthday numbers (dates). The majority of the players play "dates" which
means that they choose two numbers between 1 & 12, then they choose
two numbers between 1 & 31, then they traditionally play two numbers
between 40 & 54. Since 6/54, there have been fewer drawings that
met this criteria. Notice in the drawing results above that in the last nine
drawings, only two draws contain what I call "birthday numbers." (the
May 29th and June 1st draws) Yet only one of those two, the May 29th
draw, is "truly" a good set of birthday numbers. Now you see why there
have been fewer Lotto winners too besides the obvious odds issue. You
can also look back and see massive 3 of 6 wins when the numbers drawn
were low. That's kid ages, years married and special dates that players played.
FYI - The "hottest" numbers for the year 2002 (6 months) are (as of June 16, 2002):
Drawn 10 times: 10-25
Drawn 9 times: 41
Drawn 8 times: 23-28-32-33-39-47
(Out of nine numbers, only one number is under 13 and none are in the teens)
Should you want to go one step further:
Drawn 7 times: 4-5-15-27-30-34-53
Now we have 16 total numbers of which three numbers are under 13
and one number is in the teens. That means that twelve numbers are above 20.

The numbers drawn the most in the year 2001 were:

These are facts. Notice how "big" the numbers are that were drawn the most
in 2001. Out of 20 numbers, only 8 are under the number 30. To break
it down even further, only 4 numbers are under 13, only 2 numbers
are in the teens and only 2 numbers are in the 20's. But notice
that 5 numbers are in the 30's and 5 numbers are in the 40's,
and 2 out of only 4 total numbers are in the 50's. That's 50%!

Now let's go back and look at the numbers before the talk, the
rule changes, the new balls and the addition of the 4 balls.
The numbers drawn the most in the year 1998 were:

three numbers are in the teens and one number is in the 20's. There are a
total of 8 numbers that are above 30. These results are completely
opposite from the results since the new balls, new machines and
addition of the 4 balls. Sometimes when I look at these stats I can't help
but wonder if the new balls are weighted but I choose to believe they are not.

I can do this for all the years since inception of Lotto Texas
and no single year is as peculiar as the last two years.

Now that I've put this in writing, you watch, birthday numbers or all low
numbers will be drawn!!!!! For those of you who keep asking what number
I would "target," well, I'd have to say IF I were playing, I'd "target" number 49.
Why? It hasn't been out this year and after 6/54 was a come from behind
number. And I'd stay with "49" until it was drawn. Good luck everybody.
Hope my analysis helps you figure your own ways to choose numbers.

P.P.S. By the way, Linda Cloud, the Executive Director of the TLC, (Tx Lottery)
keeps telling the Commissisoners that it's been "predicted" they "will" have
a good roll before the end of August (their fiscal year). That means that
they must know there will be no winners so the jackpot can roll and
their "average sales" can increase. But also remember that when they added
the 4 balls they also said we should have a winner on an average of every
5 draws. Currently, we are on the 10th draw in this "roll" and as you know, we
have a $50 million jackpot. On Oct 21, 1998, before any talk of adding 4 balls,
by the 10th draw, we had a $70 million jackpot. After adding the 4 balls, on
Sept 9, 2000, on the 10th roll, we had a $60 million jackpot. On
March 3, 2001 and on the 10th draw, we had a $56 million pot. And
now (6-15-02), on the 10th draw in the roll, we only have a $50 million jackpot.

To give you a sales comparison, before and after the 4 balls, on 10-23-99 with
a $38 million jackpot, sales were $14,754,335. At this time in 1999, they had
proposed to add 4 balls but had withdrawn the proposal. Prior to any talk of adding
4 balls, on March 3, 1999 with a $30 million jackpot, sales were $12,704,297.
Now after adding 4 balls and with a $40 million jackpot on June 15, 2002, sales
were approx. $12.6 million. These tidbits speaks for themselves.
