This is why I advise ya'll to NOT
buy Quick Picks and have for many
years. You have been complaining
about it for years and I've heard you.
The Texas Lottery claimed, prior to being
abolished, that the numbers are "random picks"
but they really instruct their vendors on how
to build their programs. And they refused to
release the instructions given to their vendor
claiming there was none but I know folks
who were present in these meeting.
