How to use the Lotto Report ... Improve your odds

Shown below are excerpts from The Lotto Report
The numbers in red were drawn and the term "targeted"
is explained below under "Suggested Ways To
Pick Your Lotto Numbers." And the word 'if' is the biggest
little word in the dictionary! After reviewing this, order a
Lotto Report so you can pick your Lotto or Cash 5
(Cash Five) numbers and improve your odds of winning!
I think it's easier to win by choosing from approx.
15 to 25 numbers than it is to choose from 39 or 54 numbers.
The statistical data can definitely help you.

Do you see what I mean. These examples are not
"exceptions" to the rule, they occur at least 75% of
the time. It requires patience and persistence but
some day, you might win! At least, you're reducing
the odds and winning something along the way.

Suggestions on How to Choose
Texas Lottery's Lotto Numbers

I've found on 80% of all Tx Lottery's Lotto & Cash5 drawings there is
some kind of "common factor" involving at least 3 of the numbers. I
would say that an average "common factor" would involve 4 numbers,
yet, I've seen 5 numbers and I've even seen all six numbers in the
"common factors" group. So that you'll understand what I mean by
"common factor group," I'll name some for you. "Common Factors"
include picking your numbers from groups of numbers such as:
(You'll see examples of these under "I'd have
money in pocket if...")

Targeting A Number
Numbers that have been called with one specific number
more times than the other numbers (I call this targeting number)
This data is found in the "Numbers Spread" of The Lotto Report.
(It's in the paragraph under each Lotto & Cash 5 number.)

Numbers that are all hot numbers

Numbers that are all warm numbers

Numbers that are all average numbers

Numbers that are all cold numbers

Numbers that are all overdue numbers

Numbers that are all hot, cold, warm, average
Wednesday or Saturday numbers. (Whichever is the case)

Choose all your numbers from the group
"Not Drawn Since ?? (the month)"

Numbers that are repeat numbers from the last 8 or 10 drawings.
(Once, one of my readers won $35,000 by wheeling the
repeat numbers. He had 5 of 6 on multiple tickets.)

Where numbers are called more often in a given day or month.
(Example - For Lotto Texas, #4 has been drawn more times
on a Saturday than any other number and number 33 has been
drawn more times on a Wednesday. This is as of June 12, 2002
and is covering the stats only since 6/54 (July 21, 2000). It does not
include drawings prior to the addition of adding those 4 balls.
Another example, since the inception of Lotto Texas, number 17
has been drawn more times in June than any other number.)

Numbers that are hot, warm, average and cold
from a given ball set or a given drawing machine.

This should give you an idea for ways to pick Lotto numbers.
The way I see it, if you stick with one group long enough,
you're bound to hit something worth while. At least, I do.

How I Choose My Lotto Numbers

Most of the time, I target one number that I sincerely believe is
going to be drawn. (I use the "At A Glance" section in
The Lotto Report to pick my target number.) Then I go to
"The Numbers" spread in The Lotto Report and see what numbers
have been drawn with my target number the most. Same thing for
Cash 5. Then I simply choose from that group of numbers.
(Examples shown under "I'd have money in my pocket if.... )

When I'm lucky and target the right number, usually I win something -
either three of six, four of six or even five of six. I win 3 of 6 in almost
every drawing, I win with 4 of 6 at least once a month and I've
hit 5 of 6 three times. But I'm still waiting to win 6 of 6!
(Just FYI - I use to spend $15 per drawing but since they added
the 4 balls, I don't play Lotto Texas at all. Instead, I play
Cash 5 and have won more than ever using this strategy. )

Sometimes, I even get a wild hair and
chose one of the other methods listed above.
