HB394, The Bill To Conduct Drawings On Sundays, Is Dead As Of May 28, 2021. Unless They Sneak That Language Into Another Bill That Will Be Passed By Monday, We Don't Have To Worry About Sunday Draws For NOW ...

The TLC plans to play Pick3, Daily4,
Fireball, All or Nothing (four drawings)
& Cash 5 (one drawing) on Sundays.
(Or any other game of their choice)

Your requests to reduce the number of
draws for these games have fallen
on deaf ears for years now but you can
ABSOLUTELY stop Sunday drawings.

FYI - In August, they plan to increase
Lotto and Powerball to 3 drawings
per week but there's nothing we
can do to stop it at this time.

To stop Sunday draws, just call the
Senators listed below and request that
they NOT pass HB394 (these Senators are
members of the Senate Finance Committee)
This bill allows the TX Lottery to conduct
drawings on Sundays. When you call, just
tell whoever answers the phone that you
oppose HB394 - NO to Sunday drawings.

floor for a vote or it will die in this
committee. The 2021 Session is
