I'm OPPOSED to the proposed rule to increase the odds to 47.7 million-to-one and the play style (5/44 & 1/44 - 88 balls total) because it makes winning the top prize harder to win. I play to WIN the jackpot.

I am FOR the proposed rule because I want to see fewer jackpot winners so
the jackpots can climb.

Check IF this is what you think and believe.
I believe this style of play is discriminatory towards the consumer - it increases complexity of play and only serves to increase the unclaimed prize fund.

The 18 Golden Rules


The Golden Rules

1. The Texas Lottery always makes the Rules.

2. The Rules are subject to change at any time
without prior notification.

3. No player can possibly know all the rules.

4. If the Texas Lottery suspects the players knows all the rules,
they must immediately change some or all of the rules.

5. The Texas Lottery is NEVER wrong.

6. If the Texas Lottery is wrong, it is because of a
flagrant misunderstanding which was a direct result
of something the players did or said wrong.

7. If Rule 6 applies, the player must apologize immediately
for causing the misunderstanding.

8. The Texas Lottery can change their mind at
any given point in time.

9. The player must never change his mind without written
consent from the Texas Lottery.

10. The Texas Lottery has every right to be
angry or upset at any time.

11. The Player must remain calm at all times, unless the
Texas Lottery want you to be upset or angry.

12. The Texas Lottery must under NO CIRCUMSTANCES
let the Player know whether or not they want the
Player to be angry or upset.

13. The Texas Lottery, by law, can offer the Player
any kind of game that they deem necessary to guarantee
sales increases so they can make more money for the state.

14. The Player MUST play the games or the Texas Lottery
will simply withdraw the funds from the Players checking account.

15. Any Player caught not believing everything the Texas Lottery
says can face a prison sentence of life without parole. The Players
wages will be placed in the reserve fund.

16. If a Player ever expresses concerns or questions
the intent of the Texas Lottery, then the death
penalty will be assessed.

17. The Texas Lottery has integrity. Don't you ever forget that.

18. Any attempt to document these Rules could result
in increasing the odds or bodily harm.
